A Message From Michelle
You could say my appetite – and appreciation - for music started at the tender age of eight, when I helped my father pick 45’s for the juke box of our family bar business. I learned then the basic ingredients of success when pairing music with venues – having the right music, in the right place for the right market. But there was another element too. Food. Let’s face it - there’s nothing really better than a night of great food, great music and great friends, and, since success comes with passion – I decided to start a business where I could put all those things together.
You see, this is personal to me. When I find a new band to add to my roster, it’s because I believe in them. When I meet a new client and see their venue – I have a real desire to make it successful. But I’ve learned there‘s more to it than just great ingredients. There are realities like budgets and the ever-evolving medium of marketing. Change one thing without careful consideration of the others – and a recipe can fail. My goal for my clients is a fantastic, intimate event that has just the right amount of fresh and flavourful ingredients – the perfect meal.
